Here are the key components of the personal schedule system:

Conference at a Glance - See the day-to-day schedule for the upcoming conference.
Log-in is not required to view the conference schedule. Log-in is required in order to build your personal schedule.
There is a search capability allowing you to search sessions, speakers, and virtual tracks.
Personal Schedule - Display, print, e-mail your personal schedule for the upcoming conference.
Personal Events - Include activities in your schedule which are not sponsored by UNITE.
ID Maintenance - Modify your delegate information.
Log-In - Enter or create your Log-In information.

In order for UNITE to better serve your needs in planning your agenda at the conference, UNITE and Unisys have developed a method for you to view the conference schedule and to prepare a personal schedule of the sessions you plan to attend. Your session selections will be used as an indication of your intention to attend a session. You may at any time, online or at the conference, make changes to your session selections. Building your personal schedule is NOT required for your attendance at any session. UNITE will be using this information to assist in planning appropriate room sizes and possible repeat sessions.

By using this personal schedule system to build your personal agenda you are guaranteed to receive the latest information of any changes to the session via email. This is YOUR best method of staying informed without having to check for changes on a regular basis. Late breaking session changes will be emailed to all delegates registered for a session from now until the start of the conference.

This system was developed in the interest of the delegates for UNITE to better serve your needs to help you in the planning of a successful conference for each delegate.

While this program is strictly optional, we encourage you to use it and we welcome any suggestions you may have.
